Padel court booking app development in the UAE

Padel court booking app development is the build of a custom booking platform that lets a padel operator sell court time across every venue it runs, on iOS, Android and web, without paying commission to a marketplace. Clevotics builds these for UAE operators: real-time availability across sites, per-venue price tiers, ladies-only and member-only inventory, corporate rate agreements, coaching and tournaments, AED payments, and the utilisation reporting an operator needs before opening the next location.

What a padel platform has to do

Padel is not a generic booking problem. A court is sold in 45 or 60 minute blocks, it needs four players who agree on a time, the price changes by venue and by hour, and a meaningful share of inventory is restricted to a specific group. Any padel club software that treats a court like a restaurant table breaks on the second venue.

Multi-venue court booking engine

One booking engine across every site, with each venue holding its own opening hours, court count, indoor or outdoor type, price list and peak windows as configuration. Opening a new venue becomes a data change, not an app release. Live availability so two players never hold the same slot.

Gated and rule-based inventory

Ladies-only courts, member-only courts, academy blocks and maintenance windows held as separate bookable inventory rather than as a filter that can leak. Peak and off-peak pricing, minimum and maximum booking windows, cancellation cutoffs and recurring slots for regular groups.

Player profiles, levels and matchmaking

A padel booking needs four players at a similar standard, so matchmaking belongs inside the booking flow. Skill levels, games-played history, friend connections, open games other players can join, groups, leaderboards and in-app chat. This is the single biggest lever on completed bookings.

Coaching, academy and tournaments

Coach profiles and availability, private and group lesson booking, academy course enrolment with levels and progress, tournament and league creation with draws, entries and results. Corporate and private event enquiries routed to the right venue manager.

Payments, wallets and corporate rates

AED payments through a gateway that works locally, split payments so four players settle one court, credit packs and wallets, memberships and subscriptions, promo codes, and corporate rate codes that resolve against the booking so employer partners get their negotiated price without a separate flow.

Operator dashboard and reporting

Court utilisation and revenue per venue, peak-hour analysis showing which slots actually sell, booking and cancellation patterns, coach and academy performance, and customer records across every site. The reporting an operator needs before committing capital to the next location.

Build your own, or list on a platform

Honest version: if you run one club with standard hours and a single price list, a marketplace platform is probably the right answer, and it brings players you would otherwise pay to acquire. The economics flip once you run several venues, restrict some inventory, negotiate corporate rates, or reach the booking volume where commission outweighs a one-time build.

How we work

01

Operating model workshop

We map every venue, court type, price tier, opening pattern, gated inventory rule and corporate agreement you run today. Most of the cost and most of the risk in a padel build sits here, not in the screens.

02

Booking engine first

The availability and pricing model is built and tested before any player-facing screen. Double bookings and wrong prices are the two failures that lose an operator its customers, so they get solved first.

03

Apps and operator console

iOS and Android from one React Native codebase, plus the web console your venue managers and coaches actually work in. Payments, notifications and reporting wired through.

04

Launch and handover

App store submission on both stores, staff training, and a handover that leaves your team configuring venues, prices and offers without calling us.
